    Drive Safe Georgia offers Clinical Drug Assessments/ Evaluations when ordered by a court/jurisdiction. These assessments are performed by a licensed counselor with the state of Georgia.

$100 (This fee is set by State law).

You must first schedule and take a DDS Risk Reduction Assessment at our office. This is a 130 question assessment about you and your lifestyle. The Assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes and the cost is $100 (This fee is set by State law). We accept Cash, Money Order, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or debit cards as payment. You may take the Assessment after contacting the office manager to set up a day and time that is convenient for you, completing the DDS Assessment Contract in our office and paying the $100 fee.

Once you have completed the Assessment, you must attend the 20-hour in classroom course. The Course schedule is as follows:

 

DUI Course Schedule

Saturday ------ 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sunday -------- 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m .

Monday --------6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

The DDS rules and regulation forbid late entry to any session of the course, so we suggest you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to each session.

COST

The fee for the 20-hour course is $260.00 ($235.00 class fee + $25.00 book fee). The 20-hour course fee should be paid at least 24 hours before the first day of class. The total for the complete DUI program also known as the Risk Reduction Program is $360.00 ($100.00 Assessment fee + $235.00 class fee + $25.00 book fee). This fee is set by State Law.

 

Certificates of Completion will be available after class or emailed to you the next business day.

DUI/ RISK-REDUCTION COURSE

Drive Safe Georgia (DSG) is a Department  of Driver Services Certified/Licensed Risk-Reduction Program (#10340). If you have been charged with any of the following, Georgia State law requires that you attend a DUI / Risk Reduction Program before your driver's license can be reinstated:

o    DUI

o    Drug Possession

o    Other drug offenses

o    Underage possession of drugs or alcohol

COMPLETE YOUR  REGISTRATION ON-LINE AND PAY FOR YOUR CLASS! A STAFF MEMBER WILL CONTACT YOU TO SET UP YOUR ASSESSMENT!

 

STEP THREE

ATTEND CLASS - DDS RULES AND REGULATIONS FORBID LATE ENTRY TO ANY SESSION OF THE COURSE - SO PLEASE BE ON TIME!
